Well, everyone's favourite shopaholic hotel heiress Paris Hilton is due in court to answer charges of "flagrantly disregarding" a drink-drive ban. What's more, she could end up in prison, if found guilty. LA city attorney Rockard J Delgadillo (sorry to digress, but what a fantastic name!) has filed papers, requesting that Paris be made to serve 45 days in jail for her alleged violation. He also calls for her to be banned from drinking for 90 days, claiming she refused to follow a court order to attend an alcohol education programme within 21 days. (Well, she's too busy for things like that, Rockard - anyone who reads the tabloids can see that.) If judges agree, Paris may be tagged with an anti-alcohol thingummy-widget, which will let police know the second she's touched a drop. Hmmm... sounds like this could get quite serious.
